Analuisa Pablos is the Founding and Managing Partner of The Pablos Law Firm, P.C. where she practices exclusively in the area of U.S. immigration and naturalization law. She counsels employers in all aspects of employment-based immigration including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, permanent residency, citizenship, policy development and compliance with the ever-increasing regulations applicable to both U.S. employers and the foreign nationals whom they employ. Analuisa’s clients have encompassed internationally-recognized entertainers, investors, emerging and mid-sized businesses and large corporations in a variety of industries including music, arts, film, higher-education, energy, oil and gas, financial services and the import/export of consumer goods. She also routinely assists foreign nationals at U.S. consulates and embassies abroad to facilitate the issuance of visas necessary to enter the U.S.
Analuisa is licensed in the state of Kansas, the U.S. District of Kansas, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She represents employers and foreign nationals before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and all its internal agencies, including Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE); the Department of State (DOS), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

JEFFERY D. WAREN
MANAGING PARTNER
Jeffery D. Waren is a managing partner in the global business, finance and immigration law firm, The Pablos Law Firm, P.C. and maintains interests in several ongoing international energy ventures. Mr. Waren has over 17 years of market-leading experience advising on legal matters related to project structuring and development, financing, government regulation, construction and other contract issues. He represents clients in a variety of aspects including negotiations with sponsors, commercial banks and governmental lenders, as well as multilateral and bilateral agencies, on every type of transaction from complex international co-financings to capital markets-based project financings.
Mr. Waren also provides business and strategic advice, and structures, negotiates and documents the full array of project and financing agreements to suit each client’s specific needs. He assists in identifying market, revenue, production, political and other risks, proposes methods to mitigate those risks and advises on ways to minimize or reduce liabilities as well as overseeing contract compliance.
Areas of expertise: international corporate and financial transactions, international project financings in the oil and gas industry on behalf of buyers, sellers, lenders, sovereign governments, state-owned companies and project developers, including transactions involving strategic stake sales, public offerings, concession arrangements and public-private partnerships.
Mr. Waren heads his firm’s business and finance practice and is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
